Founded in 2018 by Tricia Ponicki, The BCA Hub Youth & Resource Center is a grassroots, self-funded 501(c)(3) nonprofit that’s 100% volunteer-powered, youth-inspired, and community-driven.
We provide emergency relief, essential items, and life-building programs that help people move from crisis to confidence.

“Those in need” is often misunderstood.
Many of the families we serve have jobs, homes, and responsibilities—but are still facing real challenges. When life happens, difficult choices have to be made, and basic necessities like food, diapers, and everyday essentials can become out of reach.
At The BCA Hub, we believe that needing help can happen to anyone.
Our mission is to support anyone in need with unconditional love, compassion, and positive energy—without judgment.
Everyone is welcome at The Hub, no matter their situation.
If there is a need, our goal is simple:
we do everything we can to help fill it.
And if a need goes beyond what we provide, we will always connect families with trusted resources and organizations that can help.
💛 Hub Kids
At The BCA Hub, we believe children are leaders right now.
Our Hub Kids program encourages youth to be creative, confident, and involved while learning leadership, teamwork, life skills, and compassion in a positive, supportive environment.
With guidance from caring adults, children have the opportunity to help create projects, share ideas, and take part in meaningful work that builds confidence and empowers them to grow into strong future leaders.
At The Hub, we are not just helping kids today—we are helping shape the next generation of change-makers.

Emergency Request
We are here for you in times of crisis.
If you are experiencing an emergency and need help with essentials such as food, clothing, diapers, baby gear, household items, or emotional support, please know you are not alone.
To request assistance, please email our Hub Angels at HUBANGELS@THEBCAHUB.ORG and include your full name, phone number, state, and a brief description of your emergency.
Our emergency assistance program is intended to support individuals and families facing urgent crisis situations, including but not limited to house fires, domestic violence, natural disasters, and other unexpected emergencies.
Requests are reviewed as quickly as possible based on urgency and available resources.
